Meet the architects and developers involved in Venice's freshest
new residences. Please note that some of the homes are nearing
completion - guests are advised to wear flat shoes.
Tickets: $75 per person, self-driving (bicycles encouraged). Architects will be onsite
at each home to discuss the project and answer questions.

Nuss Mashaal Residence

Part of a series of two-story passive solar designs for
Los Angeles, this recently completed residence of modern
sustainable
design
demonstrates the integration of solar and sustainable technologies
into the highest level of architecture.
Vienna Way Prefab Residence
Jennifer Siegal, Founder and Principal, Office of Mobile
Design
The newest project from OMD merges responsible design with
precision crafting, creating a residence from four modular
prefab structures
with repurposed existing structures, designed around a
courtyard inspired by the LA climate.
Palms Boulevard Residence
Daly Genik Architects
An existing house and garage are transformed into colorful
garden lanterns that enfold a shared courtyard, entirely
wrapped with
a perforated metal skin to provide sun shades and privacy.

Marco Place Residence
Conception, Design and Construction by Eddington Design
This newly constructed "dark green" residence employs
many new pilot technologies under the LEED program, aiming
for Platinum Certification with features such as a living
wall of plants
to clean and detoxify the air.
